The Quick Setup theme wizard allows you to create a visual theme to apply across all of your website and registration pages in Flex based on your company's branding.

1 Open the Site Designer. Begin by selecting your Flex event. Hover over Website & Registration and, under Registration, click Registration Process. Click Open Site Designer.

2 Change the theme, if desired. The Quick Setup wizard will appear to the right of the canvas. Click Change Theme to browse our pre-set themes that determine the basic design of your event. Hover over the theme you like best, then click Select.

 
NOTE: The Quick Setup theme wizard only appears in newly created Flex events, before you've clicked Save or Publish in the Site Designer.

3 Add a logo image. Under Logo Image, click Add Image to open your Media Library. Double click on a folder, then select an image. Or, upload a new image to your Media Library from here by clickingUser-added image. This image will appear in the top-left of your website and registration pages. Click User-added image next to Add from Library to go back to the Quick Setup theme wizard.

4 Add a Header Background Image, if desired. Under Header Background Image, hover over the image. To replace the background with a different image, click Replace. Double click on a folder in your Media Library, then select an image. Or, upload a new image to your Media Library from here by clickingUser-added image. To delete the background image entirely, click Remove.

If you choose to remove the header background image, or if you select Custom under Theme Colors, a new swatch of color suggestions will appear under Theme Colors. These Logo Color Suggestions auto-populate based on the colors in the logo you uploaded. It is recommended that you select this option to match your company's branding, then change the Primary, Secondary, and Accent colors as needed.

To change the Primary, Secondary, Accent, Text, or Text Accent colors,
click the textbox and enter a HEX value, or select a color from the color picker.

5 Change the Theme Text, if desired. Under the Theme Text section, click on the Primary and Secondary dropdowns to choose your font. The Primary font will apply across your site and the Secondary font is another option to choose from when customizing the font family for individual text widgets.

To ensure consistency across events, select from only the Primary or Secondary font options you've set.

Once you're done, click Finished. This will save your work as a draft. Click Publish to make it visible to invitees.
