If using registration paths, you can determine which invitees can register for each path by their IP address or domain. If registration paths are not enabled, an invitee's IP address or email domain will determine if they can register for your event.

1 Access the Site Designer. Begin by selecting your event. From the left-hand navigation, click Registration, then Registration Process. Choose a registration path, if necessary, then click Open Site Designer.

2 Limit registration. In the top left of the canvas, click the Registration Page dropdown. In the Registration Paths section, click the User-added image icon to the right of the registration path.

In the Privacy Settings section, toggle "Limit registration by IP address or email domain" to green, then select one of the following options:

 
  • Only allowing the following IP addresses - Only invitees registering from the listed IP addresses will be able to register for this registration path or event. Each IP address must be separated by a comma.

  • Only allowing the following email domains - Only invitees registering with the listed email domains will be able to register for this registration path or event. Each email domain must be separated by a comma, and have no spaces in between each email domain.

  • Blocking the following email domains - Invitees with the listed email domains will not be able to register for this registration path or event. Each email domain must be separated by a comma.
Once you're done, click Apply. Repeat this for each registration path, if necessary. Click Save to preserve your changes and continue working or Publish to make these changes available to invitees.
