Collect online payments through your Cvent event or OnArrival by setting up a Moneris eSELECTplus account. This is a Canadian gateway that only supports CAD or USD.

1 Get an eSELECTplus account. Reach out to Moneris to purchase an eSELECT plus account.

2 Share your account info with us.
 Upon activation of your merchant account, you will receive an email from Moneris containing your Store ID and password. Keep this password handy, you will need it to run financial reports in Moneris’ Merchant Resource Center. Cvent will never ask for your merchant account password.

The email will also contain instructions for creating your API token, a unique 32-digit string that lets your new eSELECTplus account communicate with 3rd party software (like Cvent).

Fill out this form to share your account info with us. We’ll need it to set up the API.

You’ll be asked for: 
  • Your company's name
  • Cvent account ID
  • Moneris store ID
  • API token
  • Accepted credit card types
  • Accepted currencies
After submitting the form, allow two to three business days for setup and testing. You’ll receive a notification email when your account is ready.

3 Run a credit card test. Once your eSELECTplus account is linked to Cvent, test it with a credit card using these instructions to ensure payments and refunds are working properly.
