When launching your Classic or Flex event, you'll receive a warning if something is potentially wrong with the set up. These warnings may also appear when saving, publishing, or validating your Flex website and registration.

Soft warnings are yellow messages when launching your event, and gray messages when saving or validating your Flex event, that contain suggestions. Making the changes they recommend could improve your registration's workflow and save you a headache down the line, but they will not prevent you from launching your event. In Flex events, be sure to validate your website first, then click on the link in the warning message to fix any issues that may arise. A common example is forgetting to add your contact information.

Hard warnings are red messages that contain commands. The event cannot be launched due to an issue that is outlined in a hard warning and is preventing invitees from completing their registration. In Flex events, be sure to validate your website first, then click on the link in the warning message to fix any issues that may arise. A common example is forgetting to activate a merchant account in a paid event.
