You or a fellow account user can get CCed on any email sent automatically due to a user's actions. Go to Promotion & Communication > Email > Event Emails. Click the name of one of your automated emails, such as the Registration Confirmation email that will send automatically when an invitee completes their registration. The Details tab opens by default. Click the tab to the right, Advanced Settings, then Edit. In the Additional Recipients section, select the type of user from the Type dropdown. Depending on the option you select, click the ellipsis (...) and select the name of the recipient, use the dropdown, or enter an email address. If you do not see this option, check to make sure that the email will not be sent manually or at a scheduled date and time, since this feature is not available with those send settings. Once you click Save, the recipient will receive the same email as your invitee every time it is sent. If they only need to be notified, use planner alerts instead.
