All email services (Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo) let recipients flag an email as spam by clicking a link or a button. When an email is flagged, Cvent receives an abuse alert. You can check to see if your emails have received any by running the Email Complaints report (found by going to Admin > View > Reports). If it becomes a pattern, an Account Manager will review who you're messaging and how to ensure you're following our Terms & Conditions. To avoid this, send invitees an opt-in email and review this list of email marketing fundamentals.
