Put a box around your content and draw lines within by adding borders to your table and its cells. You can change the width, line type, and color.

NOTE: This feature is not currently available in Flex events or new surveys.

1 Access the HTML Editor. The HTML Editor can be accessed throughout the application by clicking Edit Section or the HTML button. It's also built into various pages related to emails.

2 Open the Style Builder. Once you've created your table, Right click inside it and select Table Properties. Click the Style Builder icon User-added image.

Click Border on the left.

3 Add a border around the table. Under Border style, select the type of line you want from the first dropdown, then check the box beside "Same for all" to apply it quickly to all four sides.

Enter the line's thickness is the first box under Border width (if you're not sure how thick to make it, start with 1 px) and check the "Same for all" box.

Click the top paint bucket icon User-added image and choose a color. Then, check the "Same for all" box.

Click OK, then click OK again.

4 Add borders around the cells, if necessary. The table now has a box around it. To add vertical and horizontal lines inside, you'll add borders around each cell.

To do so, right click inside the table and click Cell Properties. Click Select All on the lower right of the Preview pane.

Then, click the Style Builder icon User-added image. Click Border on the left.

Just like above, select a border style, width, and color and check the three "Same for all" boxes to save yourself from entering values for all four sides.

Click OK, then click OK again.

5 Hide the double lines. A small separation between cell borders makes it look like there are double lines. To remove this allusion, right click inside the table and click Table Properties.  Click the Style Builder icon User-added image, then click Border on the left.

From the Collapse borders dropdown, select Collapse.

Click OK, then OK again to return to the HTML Editor. Once you're done, click OK once more. If the HTML Editor appeared in a separate window, be sure to save on the original page as well.
