You can shop in bulk, ship in bulk, and, now with Cvent, you can edit sessions in bulk. Follow the steps below to easily update multiple breakouts across your agenda at once.

1 Access your sessions. Begin by selecting your event. Hover over Event Details and, under Agenda Items, click Sessions.

2 Editing some of the sessions. Edit multiple sessions by checking the boxes to the left of the session's name, then hover over Actions and click Edit.

Hover over Select Fields, and check which fields you want to edit. You can select up to eight fields. If there are more than eight fields that you need to edit, import your changes instead.

The selected fields will replace the columns on the page. Make the necessary changes and click Save when you finish.

Or apply the same data to all sessions. Need to update the data for all of your sessions?
Check the box next to each session's name, then hover over Actions and click Edit.

Hover over Select Fields, and check which fields you want to edit. You can select up to eight fields.

Click Apply to All.... Check the box to the left of the fields you want to edit, then make the necessary changes.

Click OK and you'll see that the values have been updated across all selected sessions. Don't forget to Save.

Or import your changes. Hover over Event Details and, under Agenda Items, click Sessions. Select all sessions by checking the top box in the checkbox column. Hover over Actions and click Export, then open the file in Excel.

Make your necessary changes within the Excel spreadsheet, but do not change or remove the Session Identifier column. The session identifier is the unique, auto-generated code that will match the sessions in your spreadsheet to the sessions in Cvent. Then, save the file to your computer and import your sessions back into Cvent.
