Need to know who registered for what, how they answered in the process, and what they owe you, but don't have time to run three reports? Pulling in everything from contact details and travel requests to question responses, the Invitee & Registrant Details report is the best place to start.
 
NOTE: These instructions are for the New Experience. If you haven't already, click Switch Now in the top of your account to follow the steps below. If you're using the Classic Experience, reference this article instead.

1 Access your reports. Begin by selecting your event. From the left-hand navigation, click Reports, then Reports. In the Common Reports section, click on Show Report Presets under Invitees and Registrants.
 
Go to the report page
 
Scroll down to Invitee and Registrant Details, then click Run.

2 Adjust the report data. Hover over Data in the top right, then click Change Report Data.

Open the Data tab to click Change Report Data

The Selection Criteria tab will open by default. Here, you can determine if you want to show data for invitees and guests or invitees only, filter out specific invitee statuses, and change the date range.
 
NOTE: Planning on saving the report or publishing it to an access portal? Set the end date far into the future so data updates every time the report is accessed.

Click on the neighboring tab, Fields. The fields with the + could be associated to the report, while the fields with the check mark are associated to this report. Click the icons to determine what will and will not display in the report. This report can pull contact and registration information, most recent travel details, and answers to registration questions.

3 Include registrants' personal information. Under the Contact Fields and Custom Contact Fields sections, click on the plus signs next to the fields you want to include.

4 Include registrants' answers. Any registration questions you created will be listed. Click the plus sign beside those you want to appear in your report with the registrants' responses. These will appear under the Admission Item Registration Questions, All Hotel Questions And Answers, Alternate Travel Questions, General Feedback Questions, General Registration Questions, Internal Survey Questions, and Session Registration Questions headings.

5 Include fees, payments, and travel information, if necessary. Scroll to the Consolidated Air Actual, Most Recent Air Request or Most Recent Hotel Request sections and add any desired fields to your report.

Scroll down to the Registration Information section and add the Amount Ordered, Amount Paid, and Amount Due fields to your report.


6 Run the report. Once you're done, click Run to generate the report.
 
Select the fields you would like to populate and click Run
 
NOTE: To review the report at a later time, click Queue Report while it runs. Once you're ready to view the queued report, click the Queued Reports tab, then the name of the report. The report will only display data that was available when the report was initially run. Any data collected after will not display.

7 Review the data. Edit the report's name, save the report, or export the data. Need to share this report with someone who doesn't have a Cvent login? Publish it to an access portal.
