With session chat, you can allow session registrants to react to content and engage with each other in real-time on the Attendee Website. Follow these instructions to enable chat for your sessions.

NOTE: Chat moderation is not currently supported, including the ability to approve or delete individual posts.
 
1 Access the Session List. Begin by selecting your event. From the left-hand navigation, click Agenda, then Session List.
 
NOTE: This content was created for the New Experience. If you haven't already, click Switch Now at the top of your account to follow these steps.

2 Enable session chat. Click the name of the session you want to enable chat for. The Details tab opens by default. Click the tab to the right, Attendee Hub, then Edit.

In the Session Chat section, switch "Turn on Chat" to Enabled.

Determine if the chat will be available during the session, or within a custom time frame. If the chat will have a custom time frame, enter the date and time that the chat will start and end.
 
Time Settings

When you're finished, click Save.

Repeat this step for each session you want to enable chat for.
