Add links to videos from YouTube, Wistia, or Vimeo in your Event App. These instructions will walk you through how to display a single video or multiple videos within a card on your Event's App's Home page.

NOTE: The cards will appear in the app in the order they were created, so make sure to consider your desired layout before getting started.


Video Links - Attendee View



Creating a Single Video Card
Create a section on your Event App's Home page that highlights a single video link.

NOTE: This content was created for the New Experience. If you haven't already, click Switch Now at the top of your account to follow the steps below.

1 Access the Attendee Website and App Builder. Begin by selecting your Flex event. From the left-hand navigation, click Attendee Hub, then Website and App.

Click Manage website and app.

2 Navigate to the Home page. From the left-hand navigation, click Pages, then Home.

Choose if you want your card to appear before, during, or after the event by clicking the relevant tab at the top of the page.


3 Create a single video card. Click Add card in the top-right. Under Single video card, click Select.

Type in the card name, then click Next.

Enter the link text and the video URL, then click Create link.

NOTE: Need to remove a card from the app? Toggle "Display on Home Page" to grey to hide the card, or click the trash can icon to delete the card permanently.


Once you're done, click Update page. If your app is already live, your changes will be automatically visible to attendees.
 


Creating a Video Gallery Card
Create a section on your Event App's Home page that highlights multiple video links.

1 Access the Attendee Website and App Builder. Begin by selecting your Flex event. From the left-hand navigation, click Attendee Hub, then Website and App.

Click Manage website and app.

2 Navigate to the Home page. From the left-hand navigation, click Pages, then Home.

Choose if you want your card to appear before, during, or after the event by clicking the relevant tab at the top of the page.

3 Create a video gallery card. Click Add card in the top-right. Under Video gallery card, click Select.

Type in the gallery name, then click Next.

4 Add your video links. Within the new card, click Create link.

Enter the link text and the video URL, then click Add another link.

You can add up to 6 videos to the card.

5 Configure the video gallery. To re-order the video links within the card, click the  Dot Image  icon beside a link and drag it to the desired position.

NOTE: Need to remove a card from the app? Toggle "Display on Home Page" to grey to hide the card, or click the trash can icon to delete the card permanently.

Once you're done, click Update page. If your app is already live, your changes will be automatically visible to attendees.
