I use CPS and had to cancel. How do I ensure registrants are refunded?

If you have a Cvent Payment Services (CPS) merchant account, begin by cancelling your event in the system. Then contact our eCommerce team. They will verify the necessary funds are available to issue refunds. If the funds are available, refunds will be issued to all registrants who paid online within 48 hours. If funds are not available, our eCommerce team will let you know the amount needed. Once we receive that amount, the refunds will be issued to all registrants who paid online within 5-7 business days.
