By assigning featured content, you can highlight specific sessions, speakers, and exhibitors within your Attendee Website and Event App.
NOTE: This content was created for the New Experience. If you haven't already, click Switch Now at the top of your account to follow the steps below.

Assigning Featured Sessions
Up to three featured sessions will be displayed within your Attendee Website and Event App at a time. If a session has ended, it will no longer appear in the Featured Sessions section.
 
1 Access the Session List page. Begin by selecting your Flex event. From the left-hand navigation, click Agenda, then Session List.

2 Assign featured sessions individually. Hover over the Downward Icon icon next to the session you want to feature, then click Edit. Scroll down to the Display Options section and set "Feature session on website and app" to Yes.

Click Save. Repeat this action for each session you want to feature on the Attendee Website and Event App.

Or, assign featured sessions in bulk. If you haven't already created your sessions, import sessions into your event. In your import file, enter "Yes" in the "Feature session on website and app" column for any sessions you want to feature on the Attendee Website and Event App.


If you've already created your sessions, check the box to the left the sessions you want to feature. Hover over the Actions dropdown in the top-right, then click Edit.

Hover over the Select Fields dropdown and check the box next to "Feature session on website and app" to add it to the page. You may need to un-check the box next to one of the other fields first. Then, switch "Feature session on website and app" to Yes for each session.

When you're done, click Save.

Assigning Featured Speakers
You can display up to eight featured speakers within your Event App.
NOTE: Featured speakers will not be displayed on the Attendee Website.

1 Access the Speaker List page. Begin by selecting your Flex event. From the left-hand navigation, click Speakers, then Speaker List.

2 Assign featured speakers individually. Hover over the Downward Icon icon next to the speaker you want to feature, then click Edit. In the Speaker Information section, set "Feature Speaker on Event App" to Yes.

Click Save. Repeat this action for each speaker you want to feature on the Event App.

Or, assign featured speakers in bulk. When importing speakers to your event, enter "Yes" in the "Feature Speaker on Event App" column in the import file for any speakers you want to feature in the Event App. After adding your data, save the file to your computer or network and upload it.

Assigning Featured Exhibitors
You can display up to eight featured exhibitors within your Attendee Website and Event App.
 
1 Access the Exhibitor List page. Begin by selecting your Flex event. From the left-hand navigation, click Exhibitors, the Exhibitor Management.

2 Assign featured exhibitors individually. Click the name of the exhibitor you want to feature. Click the Options dropdown in the top-right, then Edit exhibitor. In the Exhibitor Statuses section, toggle "Featured" to green.

Click Save. Repeat this action for each exhibitor you want to feature in the Attendee Website and Event App.

Or, assign featured exhibitors in bulk. When importing exhibitors to your event, enter "Yes" in the Featured column for any exhibitors that you want to feature in the Attendee Website and Event App. After adding your data, save the file to your computer or network and upload it.


If you used the sample spreadsheet as a template, the headers should already be mapped to the right fields, but give the Field Mapping page a once-over to make sure. Then click Start Import.
