To add a new user role with access to edit your account's event ID prefix and spaces, in Step 2 of the wizard, scroll down to the Event Permissions section. Set "Event App Management" to Full Access, then do the same for the "Event App Settings" and "Space Management" permissions that appear. If you want to give the user role access to configure collaborative sessions, set "Cvent Video Conferencing" to Full Access within the same section. To give the user role access to the Website and App Builder, in Step 3 of the wizard, scroll down to the Attendee Hub Permissions section and set "Attendee Website and App" to Full Access.

To update an existing user role, click the App Switcher Icon icon in the top right, then select Admin from the dropdown. From the left-hand navigation, click Manage Users, then User Roles. Click the Edit User Role icon beside the user role you want to update, then Edit Permissions. If you want to give the user role access to edit your account's event ID prefix and spaces, scroll down to the Event Permissions section and set "Event App Management" to Full Access, then do the same for the "Event App Settings" and "Space Management" permissions that appear. If you want to give the user role access to configure collaborative sessions, set "Cvent Video Conferencing" to Full Access within the same section. Click Save. To give the user access to the Website and App Builder, click the Event tab at the top of the page. Click Edit, scroll down to the Attendee Hub Permissions section and set "Attendee Website and App" to Full Access, then click Save.
