With Attendee Hub, you'll have access to Attendee Website and Event App. They work together to give your attendees access to key event content and provide opportunities for them to interact with exhibitors, sponsors, and each other. Review this article for a deep dive into the features included in each.

Meet the Attendee Website
Give attendees the full event experience from their desktop or tablet with the Attendee Website. From here, they'll be able to watch live stream, simulive, or on-demand session videos, join collaborative sessions, visit virtual exhibitor booths, schedule appointments, share feedback, and more.
 
My Event Tab

There are five main sections that appear by default within the Attendee Website for attendees to explore.

My Event
The My Event tab is the first page attendees see when they access the Attendee Website and contains the following sections:
 
  • Networking - If you're using Appointments, this section will automatically appear. Attendees can click the "Schedule appointment" button to schedule meetings with exhibitors.
  • Feedback - If you're using session or general event Feedback Surveys, this section will automatically appear during and after the event, as long as there's an active survey available. Attendees can click the "Take survey" button to access all the surveys applicable to them based on their personal schedule.
  • Happening Now - Shows the attendee's currently live session or appointment based on their personal schedule, along with the option to join the session or appointment. If an attendee has more than one, this section will display up to 3 of them, ordered by schedule items ending soonest to latest. This section will not be visible if the attendee does not have any current sessions or appointments on their agenda.
  • Up Next - Shows the attendee's upcoming session or appointment based on their personal schedule. Only schedule items occurring in the next 2 hours will appear in this section. If an attendee has more than one, this section will display up to 3 of them, ordered by schedule items ending soonest to latest. This section will not be visible if the attendee does not have any upcoming sessions or appointments on their agenda.
  • Upcoming Sessions - Displays up to 5 live or upcoming sessions that attendees are eligible to view or register for based on their admission item and registration type, as applicable. If there is a live session, this section will be titled "Live and Upcoming Sessions" instead. This section is only visible if the attendee is not registered for any live or upcoming sessions, and will not be visible if the Happening Now or Up Next section is already displayed.
  • Featured Sessions - Displays up to 3 featured sessions at a time with their name and when they're happening, along with the option for attendees to add or remove the sessions from their agenda. Sessions appear in the order they are occurring in. If a session has ended, it will no longer be shown. Once all the featured sessions have passed, this section will automatically disappear.
  • Featured Exhibitors - Displays up to 8 featured exhibitors with their company name, sponsorship level, and logo.
  • Event Details - Displays the event name and date along with the event location and a link to visit your Flex event website, as applicable.
  • Your Information - Displays the attendee's admission item, name, and email along with a link to view or modify their registration, if applicable.

All Sessions
Displays all included sessions and sessions an attendee is eligible to attend based on their admission item and registration type, organized into subsections based on if they're occurring before the event, on a particular day during the event, or after the event. If all sessions are occurring on the same day, only the All Sessions subsection will be displayed.

Here, attendees can search and register for sessions, and choose to view the site in the event's time zone or in the time zone of their device. Sessions can be filtered by category, if they're occurring in the morning, afternoon, or evening, and if they're recommended.

Attendees can click on a session to view more information, including the session description and speaker bios. They'll also be able to:
  • View the live stream, simulive, or pre-recorded video, or join the collaborative meeting for the session.
  • Participate in Session ChatLive Q&A, and Live Polling.
  • Add or remove the session from their agenda.
  • Download an .ics file to add the session to their personal calendar.
  • Learn more about the sponsor, if it's a sponsored session.
  • View and download session documents.
  • Take the session feedback survey, if applicable.

My Schedule
Accessible by clicking the calendar icon in the top-right. Shows attendees their personal schedule, which consists of all included sessions and any sessions they've registered for. Here, attendees can join sessions and remove sessions from their agenda. For events using appointments, attendees will also be able to view, schedule, and manage their appointments.

Exhibitors
Displays all exhibitors for your event in alphabetical order with their organization name, logo, sponsor level, and a virtual meeting indicator, if they have this feature enabled on their profile. Exhibitors can be filtered by sponsor level, if they're hosting a virtual meeting, and any custom exhibitor fields you've chosen to display.

Attendees can click on an exhibitor to view more information, including their:
  • Social & Website Links
  • Description
  • Exhibitor Content - Videos, Files, and Links
  • Sponsored Sessions
  • Booth Staff

To start a real-time conversation with an exhibitor, attendees can click the "Join virtual meeting" button on their profile, if the exhibitor has set up a virtual meeting for their organization. If no one is manning the virtual meeting or an exhibitor doesn't have one, attendees can click "Contact Us" to send the exhibitor a direct message instead. Attendees will be tracked as an inbound lead for the organization when they send a message. For events using appointments, attendees can also schedule an appointment with the exhibitor directly from this page.

Sponsors
Displays all exhibitors at your event that have been marked as a sponsor along with their name, logo, and a virtual meeting indicator, if they have this feature enabled. If you've created sponsorship levels, exhibitors will be organized by their assigned level. Attendees can click on an organization to view their full profile.

Attendees
If you've enabled the attendee list, attendees can navigate to this additional section to search, browse, and view the profiles of others attending the event. If you're using the Appointments feature, attendees will also be able to schedule a time and place to meet by clicking the "Schedule appointment" button.

Game
If you've created a Game for your Attendee Website, attendees can navigate to this additional section to opt-in and join the fun. Once they do, they'll be able to browse the challenges, see which badges they've earned, and track their progress. The names and point totals of the top 50 players will be displayed on the leaderboard.

Meet the Event App
To make providing an app for your event easier than ever, all the sessions, speakers, exhibitors, and attendees from your Flex event will automatically integrate. In the new and easy-to-use Attendee Website and App Builder, you'll have full control over the look and feel of your app, including how the home screen will appear to attendees before, during, and after the event.

There are four main sections within the Event App for attendees to explore.

Home
Your event home screen is made up of the following sections that you can customize to display before, during, or after your event:

 
  • Event Countdown - Before the event, displays a timer that shows how many days, hours, minutes, and seconds remain until your event begins.
  • Event Info Header - Displays the event name along with your Event Icon graphic.
  • Quick Links - Gives attendees easy access to up to 8 app pages, helping them quickly find the most important event info. The icons you've chosen for your pages will appear beside the page names in this section. The full list of all pages is shown in the More tab.
  • Featured Sessions - Displays up to three featured sessions at a time. If a session has ended, it will no longer appear. Attendees can tap "View all" to see the full list.
  • Featured Speakers - Displays up to 8 featured speakers with their name, title, company, and profile picture.
  • Featured Exhibitors - Displays up to 8 featured exhibitors with their company name, sponsorship level, location, and logo.
  • Explore the Venue - Displays your venue floor plan map. Attendees can tap on the image to zoom in further.
  • Happening Now - During the event, shows the attendee's current session based on their personal schedule. If an attendee has more than one current session, this section will display a list of the conflicting sessions.
  • Up Next - Shows the attendee's upcoming session based on their personal schedule. Only schedule items occurring within the next 2 hours will appear in this section. If an attendee has more than one current session, this section will display a list of the conflicting sessions.
  • Share Your Thoughts - If you're using session or general event Feedback Surveys, they will automatically appear within this section during and after the event. Attendees can tap the "Complete the Survey" button to access all the surveys applicable to them based on their personal schedule.

Schedule
Show attendees their personal schedule and the overall event agenda within the My Schedule and All Sessions tabs. Within the My Schedule tab, the calendar view makes it easy for attendees to review their schedule and determine when they have free time at a glance.

From the All Sessions tab, attendees can filter sessions by date, time, speaker, category, and location. Additionally, attendees in a different time zone than the one you set for the event can adjust the app to view schedule items in their device's time zone.

Profile
The following items are found here:

More
A list view of all your Event App pages. You can customize and organize similar pages together using page groups. Your event description and location will also display here, if you've activated these widgets when configuring the More page.
