With the GDPR requirements in mind, it's important to inform attendees of your organization's terms of use. Begin by selecting your Flex event. From the left-hand navigation, click Attendee Hub, then Settings. Click Edit. In the Terms of Use section, set the radio button to Yes to display your organization's terms on the Attendee Website and Event App. Add a title, then paste your legalese into the Content textbox. When you're finished, click Save.

Registrants must accept the terms in order to access the Attendee Website by default. If you don't want to allow attendees to access the Event App until they accept the terms, make login a requirement for downloading the event. Attendees must then accept the terms to log in and open the event. Once an attendee has accepted the terms, you won't be able to change them.
