If you have purchased our branding package (if you haven't, you'll need to reach out to your Account Manager) and have a web designer on staff, they can add and manage custom fonts for your account. For the New Experience, click the User-added image icon in the top-right, then go to Admin > Data Lists > Custom Fonts. For the Classic Experience, go to Admin > Account > General > Custom Fonts. You can utilize font families hosted elsewhere (including Google Fonts), but each file must be one of the following formats: .otf, .ttf, .woff, .woff2. Click Create Custom Font, enter in the font family, and select the backup font that will be used if an email client does not accept your custom font. This is particularly important for the following email clients:
  • Lotus Notes 7 and 8.5
  • Gmail
  • Yahoo!
  • Outlook.com
  • Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010, and 2013
  • Thunderbird
  • IBM Notes 9
  • AOL
  • Blackberry
  • Alto
Click Select or Upload File to choose your font file, then click Save. Access your event's Site Designer or Email Designer, to the right of the canvas, click Theme, then click Fonts to add the custom font. For a Classic event, reference this article instead.

If you're uncomfortable making these changes on your own, our HTML Team will be able to assist for an additional fee. Just submit a case. Within the case, attach the .otf and .ttf files. Or ensure the font you're using is a Google font.
