No longer need to ask that question, but don't want to lose all the data you've collected? Hiding questions removes them from registration or the Feedback Survey, but still allows you to include them in reports.
 
NOTE: These instructions are for Flex events. If you’re creating a Classic event, reference this article instead.

Hiding Registration Questions in the Site Designer

1 Open the Site Designer. Begin by selecting your Flex event. Hover over Website & Registration and, under Registration, click Registration Process. Click Open Site Designer.

2 Hide the question. Find the registration question you want to hide, hover over it, then hover over ... in the top-left of the widget. Click Hide.

The question will no longer be visible on the canvas.

Click Save to save and continue working, or Publish to make this available to invitees.

 
NOTE: To undo this, click + Build to the right of the canvas, scroll down to the Questions section, and click and drag Add Existing Questi... onto the canvas. Select the question you hid, then click Add Question.

Hiding Questions in the Feedback Survey

1 Open the feedback survey. Begin by selecting your Flex event. Hover over Website & Registration and, under Surveys, click Feedback Surveys. Then click General Event Feedback.

2 Hide the question.
Find the registration question you want to hide, hover over it, then hover over ... in the top-left of the widget. Click Hide.

The question will be visible on the canvas, but will not appear to registrants.

Click Save to save and continue working, or Publish to make this available to invitees.

 
NOTE: To undo this, hover over the question, then hover over ... in the top-left of the widget and click Unhide.
