Finding an ideal location for an event can be both crucial and painful, like taking a 5th grade math test on fractions as an adult. Thankfully, Cvent makes the process of deleting session locations much less stressful.

Removing Locations from Sessions
 
1 Access your sessions. Begin by selecting your event. From the left-hand navigation, click Agenda, then Session List.

2 Remove a location from a session individually. Click the name of the session that has the location you want to remove, then click Edit.

Scroll down to the Location field, and click the X to the right of the location.

Click Save.

Or remove the locations from sessions in bulk. Check all of the sessions by marking the top checkbox. Hover over Actions, and click Edit.
 
Hover over Select Fields, and check "Location." You can select up to eight fields.

Scroll until you see the Location column. Click the X to the right of the locations.

Click Save.
 
Removing Session Locations from the Event

1 Remove the locations from the sessions, if necessary. Session locations cannot be removed from the event if they are associated to a session.

Begin by selecting your event. Hover over Event Details and, under Agenda Items, click
Sessions. Remove the necessary locations from the sessions.
 
 2 Delete the session location. From the left-hand navigation, click Agenda, then Session Locations.


Hover over the arrow to the right of the location, then click Delete. Click Confirm. Do this for each session location you want to remove.
