Planners want the details. Pack your venue's presence on EliteMeetings.com with numbers, descriptions, and features so those business opportunities stop browsing, dive into your profile, and get sold on the cold hard facts.
 
NOTE: Also listed on the SpeedRFP Network? Any changes you make to your profile here will be reflected there as well.

1 Log in to the Elite Meetings portal. Go to EliteMeetings.com and log in with your EMI credentials.

Hover over Hotelier Tools and click My Hotels from the dropdown.

This is the portal where you'll manage all your listings and add or remove users.  

Click Manage below a property's name.

2 Edit the basic details. The basic facts about your property are showcased in the "At a Glance" section of your profile. This will be the planner's first impression so you'll want to ensure they are accurate and complete.

 
NOTE: The Elite Overview section on your profile can only be edited by our support team. Create a case if you would like something changed.

To review, add, and change them, click Edit Details

When the pop-up opens, scroll through the sections and add anything that will set you apart from your competition, including links to your social network sites (if you have an Enhanced or Premiere visibility package), rates, F&B averages, nearby airports and convention centers, contact info, and amenities. 

In the Meeting Space section, list all your meeting rooms and breakouts as well as capacities for each. If your property can create combination meeting rooms, include those as well.

Once you're done, click Save Changes at the bottom. 

3 Add or edit users. Delegate work by giving staff access to edit listings, access reports, and receive leads.

Click Edit to the right of the Editors header. When the pop-up opens, scroll down and enter your new user's name and email. If you want them to be able to manage profiles or run reports, check the box. Otherwise, they will then only receive RFP notifications. 


Click Save Changes at the bottom. 

4 Upload Images. A variety of good quality images are worth a thousand words, so find your best shots and upload them to your profile.
 
NOTE: You can upload three images with a Standard visibility package, eight with Enhanced, and unlimited with Premiere. Contact your account manager to upgrade. 

To do so, click Add to the right of the Images header. 

When the pop-up opens, click Choose File and find the image on your computer. It must be at least 786 x 464 pixels to look sharp, but under 2MB.

Click Add Another Image to upload another. Once you're done, click Upload Images
 

5 Add packages and Hot Dates. If you have an Enhanced visibility package, you can add one promotional package, with Premiere, you can add an unlimited amount. To do so, click Add to the right of the Active Packages header.

When the pop-up opens, enter the dates this deal is valid, give the promotion a name, and add any details or small print. Click an image to include it with the promotion.

Once you're done, click Save at the bottom. Your profile on EliteMeetings.com will now include a new tab called "Hot Dates."

If you have an Enhanced or Premiere visibility package, you can showcase need dates at a special rate. To do so, click Add beside the Active Hot Dates header.

When the pop-up opens, enter the dates, discounted rate, and the minimum number of rooms the planner must book. 

Once you're done, click Save bottom. Your profile on EliteMeetings.com will now include a new tab called "Packages."

6 Add press releases, if applicable. Add your press releases to your profile to keep planners updated on the latest and greatest from your property.​ 

To do so, click Add to the right of the Latest Press Release header.

When the pop-up opens, select the date you want this release to be visible on your profile. Add a title and paste in your content. 


Click Save at the bottom. 


7 View your profile on EliteMeetings.com. Go to EliteMeetings.com and search for your property by name. 

Now you can see how your profile appears to planners.
