Why am I unable to associate a session to an agenda item?

Sessions can be associated to admission items, a session group, or a track. If your session appears greyed out when attempting to assign it to an agenda item, it means that the session has already been associated to another, whether it be a session group or a track.

To fix this for session groups, go to the session group the session is already associated to under Agenda > Session Groups, click Edit, and uncheck the session from the Associated Sessions section. Click Save, then return to the the agenda item you want to associate the session to. Check the session in the Associated Sessions section, then click Save.

To fix this for admission items, go to the admission item the session is already associated to under Registration > Admission Items, click the rightmost tab, Advanced Settings, then Edit. Uncheck the session from the Session Association section, then click Save. Return to the admission item you want to associate the session to, click the rightmost tab, Advanced Settings, then Edit. Check the session in the Session Association section, then click Save.
