Yes. Create an alert by going to Promotion & Communication > Alerts > Planner Alerts. Click Create Alert. Select Registration from the Category dropdown. Then using the Type dropdown, select Registrant Checked In (Planner SMS/Text Message) for a text or Registrant Checked In for an email. Click Next. and continue customizing the alert.

If creating a text alert, make sure to add an advanced filter and check that any fellow account users receiving the text have a mobile phone number in their profile, using the e.164 international number format without any special characters or spaces included. Keep in mind that alerts can only be sent to phone numbers with an American, Australian, British, or Canadian country code. Standard messaging rates apply.

Now whenever a registrant checks in using kiosk mode or OnArrival Premium, you'll get an alert.
