No longer need a certain hotel room? If your event is in Test Mode or no one has requested the room, you can delete it. For rooms that have already been requested, you'll need to remove it from registration instead.

Deleting a Room
 
1 Access the hotel. Begin by selecting your event. Hover over Event Details and, under Travel, click Hotel Accommodations. Click the name of the hotel containing the room you want to delete.

2 Delete the room. The Details tab opens by default. Click the neighboring tab, Room Block. In the Room Types section, click the name of the room.

Click Delete, then Confirm.

 
Removing a Room From Registration
 
1 Access the hotel. Begin by selecting your event. Hover over Event Details and, under Travel, click Hotel Accommodations. Click the name of the hotel containing the room you want to remove from registration.

2 Remove the room from registration. The Details tab opens by default. Click the neighboring tab, Room Block.

In the Room Types section, click the name of the room, then Edit.

Switch "Open for registration" to No.

Click Save.

3 Alert registrants, if necessary. If you no longer plan on booking any of these rooms, you'll need to alert the registrants of the change for a Classic and Flex event. Ensure they can modify their hotel requests or you'll be stuck requesting rooms for them.
