Not sure why you're seeing a different number of contacts when you send an email? Check to see if anyone has opted-out through a report. If you need to know who's opted-out in a specific contact group, you'll need to filter your Address Book instead.


Viewing Who's Opted-Out Through a Report

 
1 Access the Contact Ad Hoc report. Begin by clicking Contacts in the top right. Click Reports in the navigation bar.

To the right of the "Contact Ad Hoc" report, click the arrow next to the Run button, then click Edit then Run Report.

2 Set up the report. Generate your report data settings. In the Fields tab, ensure Last Opted-Out By has a check mark to the right of it.

3 Run the Report. Once you have configured your settings, click Run to generate the results. It may take a few minutes for your report to process.

Review the "Last Opted-Out by" column or view the contact's record by clicking the contact's hyperlinked name.

Hover over ...Actions and select the appropriate action to save or export a version of your report. To return to the Report Selection page, click the X.



Viewing Who's Opted-Out of a Certain Contact Group

 
1 Access the Advanced Search. Running the Contact Ad Hoc report will not allow you to filter by your contact groups. To do so, begin by clicking Contacts in the top right, then Advanced Search.

2 Search for the opted-out contacts. In the Search Criteria section, select the contact group you want to view.

Scroll down to the Advanced Filters section, and select Opted-Out from the Field dropdown, equals from the Operator dropdown, then click the ellipsis under Value and select Yes.

Click Search. The list of opted-out contacts will appear. Learn why they opted-out by running a report.
