If you get this message when attempting to launch your event, it's because your merchant account hasn't been linked to it yet or your browser is causing the issue.  

Associate your merchant account 
You must link your merchant account to each event where you're processing credit cards

1 Select your event.

From the left-hand navigation, click Registration, then Registration Settings.
3 In the Pricing section, click the pencil icon in the top-right.
4 Select your account from the Merchant Account dropdown. Make sure all the credit cards you're accepting are checked.
5 Click the check mark in the top-right to save your settings.

Log out and log in 
If your merchant account was already associated to your event, your browser might be the culprit.  

1 Click the User-added image icon in the top-right, then Log Out.

Enter your account name, username, and password, then click Log In.
3 Open your event for registration.
