After launching your event, you will need to delete and recreate a session group in order to change what sessions make it up. However, if your event is currently open for registration, we recommend closing registration until you are finished making the below changes and you are ready to reopen registration.

1 Delete the session group. Begin by selecting your event. Hover over Event Details and, under Agenda Items, click Session Groups.

Check the session group that your session is currently associated to. Hover over Actions and click Delete, then Confirm.

 
NOTE: Deleting the session group will not impact anyone registered for the associated sessions.

Or, create a new session. If no one has registered for the session yet, duplicate the session and delete the original one. This will remove it from the session group.

2 Associate the session to the other group. Click the name of the session group you want the session associated to, then Edit.

In the Associated Sessions section, check the session.


 
NOTE: Greyed out sessions already belong to a session group or track, and cannot be associated to the current session group.

Click Save.

3 Recreate the deleted session group. If you deleted the session group, create the session group again.


 
NOTE: If an invitee is already registered for multiple sessions that need to be associated to the group, you'll need to unregister them from the sessions before creating the new session group, because invitees can only be registered for one session within the group.
