No one can register for a session when it's full or closed, which can happen automatically or even accidentally. If you tried increasing the capacity for a session with a waitlist, there is an additional step to take before people can register for it again.

NOTE: Is the session simply not showing up? Try these solutions instead.

Increase the capacity
If there's a limit on the number of people who can register for a session, you'll need to increase it before more people can sign up. Does your session have a waitlist? Use this solution instead.

1 Select your event.
2 Hover over Event Details and, under Agenda Items, click Sessions.
3 Click the name of the session. It should say "Full" to the right.

4 Click Edit.
5 Under Status & Capacity, increase the number in the Capacity field, or make it blank for unlimited.
6 Switch
"Open for registration" to Yes.
7 Click Save.

Extend the close date
If there was an auto-close date set for the session and that date has passed, extend it and reopen the session.

1 Select your event.
2 Hover over Event Details and, under Agenda Items, click Sessions.
3 Click the name of the session. It should say "Closed" to the right.

4 Click Edit.
5 Under Status & Capacity, extend the date in the "Automatically closes on" field.
6 Switch
"Open for registration" to Yes.
7 Click Save.

Reopen the session
One of your account users may have closed a session by accident. Open it back up in just a few clicks.

1 Select your event.
2 Hover over Event Details and, under Agenda Items, click Sessions.
3 Click the name of the session. It should say "Closed" to the right.

4 Click Edit.
5 Under Status & Capacity, switch "Open for registration" to Yes.
6 Click Save.

Reopen registration
If registration is closed, no one can sign up for anything, including sessions.

1 Select your event.
2 Click Reopen Registration.
3 If prompted, set a new registration deadline or increase the capacity in the pop-up.

4 Click Confirm.

Remove waitlisted invitees and refresh the capacity
If you want to reopen a session with a waitlist, remove the waitlisted invitees first. You might also need to reset the capacity field.

6
Switch “Enable Waitlist” to No.
7 Click Save. Don’t forget to notify the attendees on the waitlist or sign them up for the session in question by modifying their registrations.
