The Registration Summary by Registration Item legacy report will tell you how many registered for each agenda item, membership item, and group flight. Best of all, the Product Registration Details report is built right in. Click a product and, with just another click, you can see exactly who registered.

NOTE: Using new reporting? Reference this article instead.

1 Access the report. Begin by selecting your event. Hover over Reporting and, under Reports, click Legacy Reports.

From the Display dropdown, click Registration Reports to filter the list, then click Registration Summary by Registration Item.

2 Set up the report. Determine which product types will display in the reports.
The Available box lists product types that could be associated to the report, while the Selected box displays what is associated to this report. Select the product type, then use the arrows to move it from one to another. The product's name will be the first column of the report, with the product type being the second.

NOTE: If nothing is added to the Selected box, all of the product types will appear in the report.

In the Select Additional Product Fields section, once again move the fields you want to appear in the report to the Selected box. To reorder the fields, click the arrows to the right.

Click Run. It may take a few minutes for your report to process.

3 Review your data.
Depending on the product types, additional information displayed may include speaker, capacity, how many invitees are registered, the number of spots remaining, how many invitees are waitlisted (if one is set up), and the number of participants.

NOTE: To view who has been waitlisted, click the blue hyperlinked number in the Waitlisted column. To view who attended, click the blue hyperlinked number in the Participant column.

4 Get specific invitee data for each item or product. Under the Product Name column, click the name of the item or product to view who registered.

The Product Registration Details report will open. To include both current and canceled registration items, select "Include Canceled Registration Items" from the Registration Items dropdown.

By default, the report will include the name, email, email domain, CC email, source ID, company, and title for each registrant. To add more info, click a contact or custom contact field in the Available box and click the arrow to move it to Selected.

Click Run. It may take a few minutes for your report to process.

NOTE: Click an invitee's name to open their invitee record. Hover over Registration and click Modify Registration to change their registration or Add or Modify Travel to update their travel information.
