Different actions are possible during each phase of your event. See your event's current status by hovering over Event Details and, under General, clicking Event Status

Flex
 
This image is not available because: You don’t have the privileges to see it, or it has been removed from the system
Pending   
You completed the Event Creation Wizard for your Flex event.


Manually sending emails is possible.
Scheduled sends will not occur.
Custom emails can be edited and deleted.

Active   
You clicked "Launch Event" on the Overview page for your Flex event.


Emails can be now be scheduled or sent manually.
Custom emails can no longer be deleted.
Invitation lists can no longer be deleted, only deactivated.

Cancelled  
You clicked "Cancel Event" on the Overview page.
