Adding Tags to Questions

1 Create a question tag. Begin by clicking Admin. Hover over Libraries and, under Questions, click Question Tags.

Click Create Question Tag. Give it a name, then determine if it will appear in your events or in your Meeting Request Forms.

Click Save.

2 Create the question, if necessary. Hover over Libraries and, under Questions, click Question Library.
Hover over the Folders dropdown, then click on the name of the folder that you want to add the question to. Or, to add a new folder, hover over Actions and click Create Folder, then name the folder and click Save.

Hover over Actions in the top-right and click Create Question. Then choose the question type.

Click Create. Enter the question details. Options will vary depending on the selected question type.

Once you're done, click Save. Then click Close.

3 Associate a question tag to the question.
If you skipped Step 2, hover over Libraries and, under Questions, click Question Library.

Click on the question you want to add a tag to. Then, click the User-added image icon to the right of the question to add a tag.

Your question tag will appear, highlighted in green, on the lower left of the question.

Or, add the question to your Flex registration or website. Under Solutions at the top of the page, select Events. Open your Flex event by clicking its name.

Hover over Website & Registration and, under Registration, click Registration Process. To the right of the page where you want to add registration questions to, click Customize.

NOTE: Question tags cannot be added to Travel or Feedback questions.

Click Build to the right of the canvas. In the Questions section, drag and drop a question type onto the canvas. Continue customizing the question with the settings to the right of the canvas. To associate a question tag, click Question Tags.

Once you're done, click Save to preserve the draft or click Publish to make it visible to invitees.

NOTE: Only one question tag can be associated to one question within an event.

Adding Tags to a Report

1 Access the custom cross event reports.
To compare answers to tagged questions, create a custom cross event report. Hover over Cross Events and click Cross Event Reports.

To the right of the report you want to run, click Run.

2 Build your report. The Selection Criteria tab opens by default. Click the neighboring tab, Fields. Then, from the Display dropdown, select Tagged Questions.

Click on the tagged question you want to add to the report. Then click Run.

NOTE: To report on tagged questions in Flex events, the question will need to be on the Published version of registration. If it's only "Saved," the event will not appear since an invitee will not be able to answer the question.
