Make choosing the right sessions even easier for your invitees with the Agenda Builder. Recommended for events with hefty schedules, this feature provides more ways to organize your agenda, makes sessions searchable based on the criteria you want, and adds a cart that saves an invitee's selections even if they timeout or click Cancel.

The appearance of your registration items will change as well. Instead of the default checkboxes, invitees add each item to their agenda individually by clicking the button across from the item's name.

 
NOTE: This feature is only available in Classic events.

1 Change the selection mode. Begin by selecting your event. Hover over Website & Registration and, under Registration, click Registration Settings. If you have multiple registration paths, click one.

The Basic Settings tab opens by default. Click the Item Selection tab to the right.

Click Edit. Scroll down to the Sessions section and click the radio button next to Agenda Builder.

NOTE: If you don't see the radio button, make sure Sessions is checked in Event Details > General > Event Configuration.

2 Organize your sessions. Use the dropdowns to determine how sessions will be grouped and sorted. In the example above, a custom session field was used to arrange sessions by speaker.

3 Choose what fields are displayed. Scroll down to the Display Fields section. All the session information that registrants can see is listed here. Don't see something you want to show? Click Add Field, check the box beside the field you want, then click OK.

4 Establish the search criteria. When registrants click Advanced Search at the top of the sessions page, they'll see a list of fields they can filter by.
In the Search Criteria section, you can choose what fields appear .

To include more search options, click Add Field, check the box beside the field you want, then click OK.

 
NOTE: Keyword searches text within every session's title, description, and code. Since the invitee accesses all other criteria by clicking Advanced Search, if Keyword is deleted the search box will not appear.

Don't forget to click Save. If using multiple registration paths, you will need to repeat this process for each one.
