Tracks are bundles of sessions. Designed to streamline registration, invitees can select a track with one click rather than scouring a lengthy agenda to find what matters to them.

In paid events, tracks can also be used to discount in bulk purchases. Since an individual session's fees become void when offered as part of a track, you could combine six sessions each costing $100 and price the bundle at $500.

NOTE: This feature is only available in Classic events..

1 Access the Track Details page.
Begin by selecting your event. Hover over Event Details and, under Agenda Items, click Tracks.

Click Create Track.

2 Enter the track details. Name your track. Describe the track as a whole in the provided textbox. During registration, individual session descriptions still appear when the invitee clicks "View Sessions."

3 Associate registration types, if necessary. Determine which registration types can select what by selecting Yes next to "Limit which registration types can select this item," then check the boxes next to the correct registration types.

4 Choose a status and specify capacity. Take a look at the Status and Capacity section. Make sure this track is open for registration. Entering a date in the"Automatically closes on" field designates when this bundle will be removed from registration. If left blank, the track will close with the event.

Entering a capacity establishes the maximum number of invitees and guests that can register for this track. Keep the capacities of your sessions in mind as well. If a session within the track reaches capacity, the entire track will close.

5 Associate optional sessions. Under Associated Sessions, check the box next to each session's name to include it in the track.

NOTE: Optional sessions must be created before they can be associated to a track.

Click Finish.

6 Give it a price. If your track is free, congratulations! You're done. If not, you still need to add a fee. This can be done on the Fees page (Event Details > Pricing > Fees) or by clicking the Fees tab in the recently added item.
