Need to know who marked an invitee as a participant or when exactly a registration was modified? With Cvent, every action that has occurred within an invitee's record is tracked, including what happened, when, who made the change, and how registration was affected.
 
NOTE: These instructions are for the Classic Experience. For the New Experience, reference this article instead.

1 Access the Invitee's information page. Begin by selecting your event. Hover over Invitee Management and, under Manage, click Invitees & Registrants. Search for the registrant and click the appropriate name.

2 Consult the Invitee History. Under the Invitee Status section, click View History... to see how a particular action impacted their registration.
