Want your text to be beside an image instead of above or underneath it? Follow the steps below to wrap the copy in an email or on a webpage using our HTML Editor.
 
NOTE: This feature is only available in Classic events.

Wrapping Text in an Email
 
1 Access the HTML Editor. Open the email you want to edit.

The Details tab opens by default. Click the neighboring tab, Content, then Edit

2 Insert a table. Select the Insert tab. Place your cursor where you want the image, then insert a table with with one cell.

3 Wrap text around the image. Right click inside the table and select Table Properties. Select whether the table (which will soon contain the image) should be on the left, center, or right of the text using the Alignment dropdown.

Add your image inside.
 
Click OK and type away anywhere outside the table.

4 Add some space, if necessary. If the text is closer to the image than you'd like, add some room by increasing the table margins. To do so, right click the table again and select Table Properties.

Click the Style Builder icon User-added image. Click Box on the left. In the Margin section, enter a number in the Left or Right fields, depending on the side of the image where the text abuts (start with 10 px if you're not sure how much space to add).

Click OK. Click OK or Save again. If the HTML Editor appeared in a separate window, be sure to save on the original page as well.


Wrapping Text on a Webpage
 
1 Access the HTML Editor. Begin by selecting your event. Hover over Website & Registration and click Event Website or Registration Pages, depending on the page you want to edit.

Open a page by clicking its name. Click Edit Section above your block of text.


2 Insert an image. Select the Insert tab. Place your cursor in front of the text you want to wrap and add your image. Right click the image and select Properties....

Select whether the image should be on the left, center, or right of the text using the Image Alignment dropdown.

Click OK.

3 Add some space, if necessary. If the text is closer to the image than you'd like, add some room by increasing the margins. To do so, right click the image again and select Properties....
